By registering for or using DNC Scrub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DNC Scrub provides tools to check phone numbers against a Do Not Call ("DNC") dataset loaded onto the platform, via single-number search, bulk file upload, and a REST API. The Service reports whether a number appears in the currently loaded dataset — it does not, by itself, determine whether it is lawful to call that number.
Results returned by the Service reflect only the dataset loaded at the time of the check. A "no match" result is not a representation that a number is safe to call, and does not account for state-specific do-not-call registries, internal do-not-call requests, consent requirements, litigator lists, or dataset updates that occur after a check is performed. You are solely responsible for your own compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and all other applicable federal, state, and local law. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Subscription plans, limits, and pricing are set by the platform operator and may change; current terms for your account are shown in your dashboard. Invoices are issued according to your plan; non-payment may result in suspension.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, to attempt to access another customer's data, to circumvent usage limits, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to resell access without authorization.
You retain ownership of the phone number lists and other data you upload. We process this data to provide the Service to you and do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The underlying DNC dataset is provided for use within the Service only. You may not extract, export, or redistribute the raw dataset except through results explicitly provided for your own numbers checked.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as otherwise described in your subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNC Scrub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including regulatory fines or penalties arising from calls made using results from the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
